What does fixed support hours service at the organization entail?
These are weekly fixed support hours during which one of our senior language coaches provides on-site personal support to employees with their on-going language needs, including for example:
- assistance in preparing presentations in English
- training for important meetings
- preparation for important business trips abroad
- assistance in writing emails or other documents in English
